GEP – Strategic Administration of Personnel

GEP (Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas - Strategic Administration of Personnel) counts with experts in personnel administration that provide coaching services and guidelines to Prime professionals.
Prime has as main assets its personnel. These professionals work with values that foresee the customers' needs, assure excellence in providing assistance, assuming responsibility for the results of their actions and look for the making happen, much more than the simple combination, in the customers, collaborators and shareholders' sphere.

GQ Main Competences
PPQA (Process and Product Quality Assurance)
– assures the customer that the product to be delivered is developed using quality processes adherent to the CMMI model.
PROCESSES – assures the customer that actuation of Prime professional is controlled and customized for all the jobs developed.
METHODOLOGY – provides the customer with a focal point in its relationship with Prime, facilitating use of established methodologies, techniques, tools and standards.
DATA ADMINISTRATION – assures the customer the delivery of consistent data models through correct usage of established techniques and standards.
DOCUMENTATION – provides the customer with documentation fully in compliance with the defined standards.
TEST CENTER – minimizes the risk of defect occurrence in final product.

GSTI – (IT Service Management)

The GSTI generates the organization's IT infrastructure and processes, and is responsible for maintenance and administration of the telecommunication and logic network. It should provide local and remote assistance through the call center as well as implement and monitor security processes, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Its main contribution is to assure the business continuity, through maintenance of the operational environment and implementation of innovating technology and security solutions.

GSTI Main Competences
INFRASTRUCTURE
- Provide administration of technology resources directed to management of physical and logical network, and manage the digital communication and integration of the digital channels between the units and the customers.
SERVICE CENTER – Provide quick solutions to restore service operations without impact to the company's business, managing problems and maintaining available the technological resources within the shortest timeframe and lowest cost.
INFORMATION SECURITY – Provide security solutions to protect the information as related to confidentiality, integrity and availability, assuring the company and its customers that the use of information should be in compliance with the Corporate Curity Policy and the Information Security International Standards.

Component Plant

The Component Plant is responsible for the process that turns feasible and controls the construction or change of software or components in a quick and customized manner, using the best practices, techniques, Tools and specialized know-how, in the main languages used by the market.

This service encompasses the whole manufacturing cycle of the software or component, from receipt of orders and specifications originated by the customers, through codification, unit test, test results and quality control.

PDA (Reseach, Development and Support)

Aiming to increase productivity, without hindering the quality, within Prime there is a PDA (Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Apoio (Research, Development and Support)) team, responsible for providing technological support to the project development teams, and which comprises highly qualified professionals actuating in several technologies.
