Today, with the large diversity of offers of technological solutions, it is extremely important that before acquiring such solutions, the Company take two fundamental actions:
1º) Analyze its processes as related to efficiency and effectiveness so that its automation can be developed based on processes with excellent levels of productivity resource consumption, in addition of having a clear vision as related to the current and desired scope of the results of these processes, through implementation of indicators.
2º) Clearly identify the requirements - functional and technical - to assure that the technological solutions are conceived meeting the needs of the company's business processes.
